As an Educational Consultant at Cardinal Education, you will be at the intersection of academic mentorship and strategic development. In this role, you'll work directly with students to provide personalized academic support and standardized test preparation, helping them build confidence, master challenging concepts, and develop critical thinking skills that last a lifetime.

Responsibilities:

  • Academic Coaching and Mentorship

Provide one-on-one academic mentorship in various academic subjects and/or standardized exams, guiding students to discover their strengths, reduce stress, and overcome academic challenges. Complete comprehensive training programs to effectively identify and address students' individual strengths and weaknesses.

  • Business Development

Engage in core business functions, including but not limited to curriculum development, establishing partnerships with educational professionals and local organizations, managing client relationships, driving recruitment initiatives, and contributing to the implementation and development of company policies.

Qualifications:

Eligibility

  • Proficiency in multiple high school core subjects, with an emphasis on AP-level sciences as a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and commit to the role for a minimum of one full school year.
  • Experience in successful group work and completing complex projects.

Experience

  • Prior tutoring or test prep experience is advantageous.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited university.
