Position Overview: Clinical Education ManagerÂ
The Clinical Education Manager plays a central role in supporting EIM's mission by overseeing and advancing all aspects of clinical education operations for assigned University Partner (UP) programs. Serving as the primary liaison to UP stakeholders, the Manager collaborates closely with clinical education faculty, clinical sites, and internal EIM teams to manage the full clinical education lifecycle, including contract workflows, student placement, data management, compliance, and partner reporting. This role ensures operational consistency, regulatory alignment, and high-quality clinical experiences through strong communication, accurate documentation, and proactive partnership management. The Manager leads a team and drives operational execution to deliver exceptional clinical education outcomes that support student success and strengthen UP program performance.Â
ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following)Â
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Â
Lead and supervise Clinical Education Specialists through strategic direction, clinical site procurement and student placement activities to clinical operations goals.Â
Coach and develop team members by providing targeted skills training and ongoing feedback to support KPI achievement and professional growth.Â
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards, and university partner policies by reinforcing expectations and monitoring adherence across team processes.Â
Facilitate and manage tactical initiatives with University Partners by communicating expectations clearly and delivering a positive, solutions-oriented partnership experience.Â
Evaluate and present performance data to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.Â
Monitor performance trends to inform decision-making and recommended changes.Â
Define and manage workflows that support operational efficiency and enrollment growth, including setting goals, assigning responsibilities, and prioritizing tasks for teams and individuals.Â
Problem-solve complex procedural or operational challenges while maintaining a professional and solution-focused approach, and improve processes as needed to enhance quality and outcomes.Â
Delegate effectively by aligning tasks with team capabilities and workload distribution, ensuring smooth execution across the enrollment lifecycle.Â
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, academics, enrollment, operations) to ensure cohesive messaging and streamlined student and UP experiences.Â
Manage partner expectations by proactively addressing concerns, risks, or emerging issues.Â
