Job Title: eLearning Developer
Location: New York, NY
Type: Contract | 8 Weeks
Pay Range Local: $60.00 - $65.00 Per Hour
Pay Range Traveler: $75.00 - $82.00 Per Hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an eLearning Developer for an exciting opportunity in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement eLearning solutions from concept through deployment.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centered online training content.
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the development, implementation, and delivery of eLearning modules.
  • Develop interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and Audacity.
  • Design and develop microlearning modules and training videos.
  • Create visually engaging training materials, including flyers, manuals, cover pages, brochures, and training catalogs.
  • Format and upload eLearning content to servers and the PeopleSoft ELM test environment.
  • Test modules using PeopleSoft ELM and web browsers including Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during testing and deployment.
  • Maintain and update instructional resources to align with emerging learning technologies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in eLearning development or instructional design.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably PeopleSoft ELM.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Studio, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, and Audacity.
  • Strong instructional design, content development, and multimedia creation skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quality assurance standards.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PeopleSoft ELM or similar LMS platforms.
  • Experience developing microlearning modules and multimedia-rich training content.
  • Experience testing content across multiple browsers and platforms.
