The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role supports daily manufacturing activities by performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance, minimizing downtime, and improving equipment performance.
What you'll do:
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues on machine tools and production equipment
  • Perform mechanical maintenance on production machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components
  • Execute preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime
  • Partner with the technical team to ensure safe, reliable operations
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment optimization initiatives

What you'll have:
  • Technical training or apprenticeship in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance or related fields
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment (machine tools preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous learning
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed

  • Work Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday
