  • Organize and manage job files and documentation
  • Assist with customer intake and scheduling with Estimator
  • Coordinate scheduling of jobs
  • Prepare and file DEQ paperwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Assist with employee recognition and celebration programs
  • Conduct accounts receivable follow-up calls and documentation
  • Support office operations and administrative projects as needed
