Job description

Moore & Van Allen PLLC is the largest law firm in the Carolinas and has a national finance practice. This full-time position, located in our Charlotte, NC office, provides exposure to our sophisticated transactional matters, assisting attorneys and paralegals with loan documents, deal closings and other documentation matters.

What You’ll Do:

The selected candidate may, for example, prepare signature page packets and collect and compile fully executed documents, correspond with clients and opposing counsel with respect to status of deliverables, organize and index files for current or closed transactions, prepare binders for current or closed transactions, and assist with preliminary research under the direction of an attorney/paralegal.  

What We’re Looking For:

A bachelor’s degree is required.  The right candidate must have exceptional organizational, follow-through and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline focused environment. This is an in-office position.
