Job description

Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Organize and archive physical and digital records such has records deriving from receiving, production processes, completed jobs, training, etc.
  • Verify, accept and scan Material Test Reports
  • Verify, accept and scan records from vendors
  • Complete job close process once jobs have completed production
  • Create data books for manufactured products, when applicable
  • Schedule third party inspections
  • Create Non-conformance reports as needed and ensure they are resolved
  • Responsible for adhering to all health and safety policies and guidelines
  • Performs other duties or assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills:
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Able to multi-task and manage a heavy and varied workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Interacts with others in terms of document control functions.
  • Responsibilities are of moderate complexity.
  • Must be able to capable of decision-making within defined role and display strong initiative.
  • Excellent personal interaction skills; outgoing, confident, and strong personal presentation. Self-starter, willing to learn, seeks out opportunities for career and personal development.

Education/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in a similar position.
