Job description

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Document Specialist to join a leading Company located in the Grand Prairie, TX surrounding area.

Seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist for a temporary 6-month contract to support our Quality Assurance department. The primary focus of this position will be to scan engine records, ensure the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents, properly file digital records in the Document Manager system, and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:  
  • Accurately scan engine records and other critical documentation in a timely manner
  • Review scanned documents for clarity, completeness, and accuracy
  • Organize and file electronic records using the Document Manager system according to established procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents at all times
  • Assist with records retention and retrieval activities as needed
  • Support the Quality Assurance team with additional administrative tasks as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Basic Hiring Criteria:  
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with computers and document management systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Prior experience with document scanning, filing, or records management is preferred, but not required
