Administrative Assistant - Scanning


Position Purpose:

The Administrative Assistant - Scanning will be responsible for scanning and digitizing

documents in an efficient and timely manner. This individual will need to have strong attention

to detail in order to ensure that all documents are scanned and saved correctly. The

Administrative Assistant - Scanning will also be responsible for organizing the documents according to the company's digital filing system.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages document scanning projects from start to finish, including document preparation and quality control
  • Scans Travelers and files documents into digital format on company server
  • Records and tracks all scanned documents to ensure they are properly filed and stored
  • Organizes documents in an easily accessible format and locates requested documents in a timely manner
  • Undertakes special projects as assigned


Position Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Has basic computer knowledge and the ability to operate document scanning equipment in order to convert physical documents into digital format
