Position Title: Controller
The Controller plays a critical role in overseeing the accounting functions across headquarters and international subsidiaries. This position requires a strong leader who can navigate the complexities of global accounting while managing a diverse team. The Controller will be instrumental in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, particularly in the gaming and technology sectors. The role demands a hands-on approach to financial reporting and audit processes, making it essential for candidates to possess relevant experience. A commitment to fostering a collaborative and effective work environment is vital for success in this position.
Controller Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounting functions across all entities and subsidiaries in various countries
  • Manage the accounting team and direct reports in international locations
  • Ensure timely financial close and reporting
  • Handle revenue recognition and deferred revenue work for hardware and software
  • Coordinate accounts payable and payroll as needed
  • Collaborate with external auditors for technical accounting support
  • Support international operations and coordinate across time zones
  • Interact with treasury and financial documents
