Now Hiring: Document Control Manager (Document Controller III)

We're partnering with a leading engineering and infrastructure organization supporting large-scale industrial and energy projects. They are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Document Control Manager to lead document control efforts across complex, multi-discipline project environments. This is a high-visibility role responsible for ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.

What You'll Do

  • Lead document control activities across complex projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project documentation
  • Manage EDMS workflows including uploads, tracking, transmittals, and approvals
  • Maintain MDLs/MDRs, metadata, revision control, and filing structures
  • Coordinate document reviews across internal teams, clients, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, procedures, and audits
  • Prepare reporting, status updates, and documentation metrics
  • Mentor and support junior document control staff
  • Drive workflow improvements and reduce inefficiencies

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of document control experience on complex projects
  • Advanced EDMS expertise (Content Server strongly preferred)
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) - required
  • Strong skills in Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to interpret contract documentation requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Management, or related field
  • Experience in engineering, infrastructure, or energy project environments
