Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for an Environmental Administrative Assistant to assist with our projects in Lansing, MI!
Candidates for this position will be working in a collaborative team environment embedded at a client's office location supporting environmental programs throughout the state of Michigan. This opening supports the mail processing team, which is responsible for receiving, sorting, scanning, and digitally processing incoming paper mail to ensure documents are accurately routed and available within digital records systems.
  • Prepare paper documents for scanning and electronic processing. 
  • Scan and upload documents into the appropriate electronic records management system. 
  • Review scanned documents for quality, completeness, and accuracy. 
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records. 
  • Assist with document control and information management activities. 
  • Perform copying, filing, and other administrative support tasks as needed. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced professional office environment.
