Branch Manager Opportunity Summary:

As a Branch Manager at W.W. Williams, you will direct and coordinate all business needs, from managing the team to dealing directly with our customers. This position reports to the Divisional General Manager and works closely with the Sales and Parts team to deliver profitable results for the location. This position is responsible for leading the team's efforts to meet and exceed our customers expectations in the pursuit of growth and opportunity for our employees and business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Participates in establishing long-range goals, objectives, and/or strategies and leads the location personnel in achieving business goals and needs.
  • Promotes safety to all employees by maintaining facilities and equipment to OSHA and Corporate standards.
  • Formulates the business forecast and operating plan for the branch.
  • Confers with Corporate and Divisional leadership to review and discuss operation performance and assist with making any changes.
  • Works directly with corporate departments to achieve the location goals; including but not limited to Human Resources, IT, and Accounting.
  • Works towards resolving all customer or employee issues to achieve the best possible outcome.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Management or Leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
