We're looking for a Divisional Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and elevate a team of high-performing in-home sales professionals. This is more than a management role - it's a chance to build a powerhouse division in a booming industry.
What You'll Do:
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales consultants
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and winning
  • Ride along in the field to mentor and sharpen closing skills
  • Own divisional sales targets and revenue growth
  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
  • Develop tactical training plans to increase close rates and average deal size
