Description
Due to our growth, All Roads has a newly created position, Global Sales Director. This role will be responsible for increasing revenue across Equipment, Truck and Automotive divisions. Reporting to the President, this position will develop strategic relationships and deliver best-in-class account management while tactically executing on a day-to-day basis. Prior experience with multiple locations and brands required.
Compensation is based on experience salary plus commission $150k all in

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth, customer satisfaction and sales performance through effective leadership and execution
  • Build strategic industry partnerships to drive market penetration
  • Develop and implement framework to measure effectiveness, drive accountability and inform strategic decisions
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking and opportunity management in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Align team goals with divisional objectives ensuring clarity and focus on outcomes

Experience and Education
  • Previous sales and supervisory experience, fleet sales in equipment or truck preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Self motivated with ability to operate independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
