We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Division Sales Manager in Rialto, CA. In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales and be responsible for developing a team of Outside Sales Representatives while driving the sale of packaging materials and related supplies within assigned selling areas. You will oversee product inventory, distribution, and administrative functions in coordination with other company sales and service activities to ensure efficient operations.

What You Will Do
As the Division Sales Manager, you will:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives to achieve peak performance and professional growth
  • Drive the growth of IPS business within the assigned market by identifying opportunities and expanding customer relationships
  • Recommend annual sales forecasts and plans, updating as needed to meet changing market conditions
  • Play a key role in achieving divisional sales and profit goals
  • Monitor weekly and monthly sales reports and performance metrics
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and customer presentations for key opportunities
  • Develop sales strategies, tactics, and techniques based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Maintain strong collaboration with operations teams, including purchasing and logistics, to meet quality, pricing, and delivery commitments
  • Assist in preparation of the annual company budget
  • Oversee divisional activities, analyzing performance and reporting variances as needed
  • Ride with sales representatives regularly to coach, mentor, and help deliver packaging solutions to customers


Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a strong fit if you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, industrial, or freight industries
  • 5+ years of experience managing people and territories
  • Proven ability to drive sales, coach teams, and develop strategic plans
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
