This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and territories, and driving business growth through innovative outreach and strategic relationship building.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can think outside the box, hold their team accountable, and professionally engage with key decision makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, motivate, and oversee a team of fuel sales representatives. Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results.

· Territory Development: Analyze market potential and assign territories strategically to maximize coverage and opportunities.

· Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

· Relationship Management: Represent the company in meetings with key clients and stakeholders. Establish strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers.

· Goal Setting & Performance Tracking: Set measurable sales goals, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.

· Innovative Business Development: Use creative approaches and outside-the-box strategies to open doors and grow market share.

· Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in the fuel, energy, or industrial sector

· 5+ years in a sales management and/or leadership role

· Demonstrated success in territory management and business development

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and present to executive-level decision makers

· Goal-oriented and highly accountable leadership style

· Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving problems

· Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
