Division Manager
As Division Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing field sales team within your division, driving strategies that deliver tangible business results. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding product distribution, boosting market visibility, and exceeding sales targets across your territory.
Owning a defined geographic area, you'll be accountable for achieving ambitious commercial objectives while actively supporting your team on the ground. Frequent travel within the territory allows you to build strong distributor relationships, provide hands-on leadership, and ensure the flawless execution of sales initiatives. This is a role for a results-driven leader who thrives on impact, collaboration, and making things happen.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • Five to seven years of sales experience;
  • At least two years of management experience;
  • Experience managing large or complex sales environments;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Solid commercial understanding;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of Synergy (reporting & data);
  • Strong analytical capabilities;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams;
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Areas of Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Territory Management
  • Oversees the performance of Trade Marketing Representatives within the assigned division, ensuring achievement of sales, distribution, and market share objectives;
  • Plans and communicates sales goals and ensures alignment with company commercial strategies;
  • Monitors product availability and ensures appropriate inventory levels across retail channels.

Team Development & Performance Management
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and ongoing development for Sales Representatives in the territory;
  • Conducts performance evaluations and supports productivity improvements across the team;
  • Identifies and develops talent within the organization for future leadership opportunities.

Distributor & Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintains strong and consistent relationships with distributors to ensure product availability and secure orders;
  • Strengthens customer relationships across the territory and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.

Brand & Market Execution
  • Supports the execution of retail and wholesale promotional initiatives designed to strengthen brand awareness and increase consumer engagement;
  • Ensures field activities align with company marketing strategies and promotional programs.

People Management
  • Leads, motivates, and develops team members reporting directly and indirectly within the division;
  • Supports professional growth and fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.

Other
  • Manages various tasks and projects as they arise or as requested by the Regional Sales Manager.
