Job description

Position Title: Project Manager/ Scrum Master
Location: Fairport, USA
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master/ Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating multiple Agile teams within a value stream, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) for multiple global teams.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
  • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
  • Coordinate and manage the Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and System Demos.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of value.
  • Track and communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of SAFe practices across the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Certified SAFe 6.0.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple Agile teams within a value stream.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in different geographical locations.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role within a large-scale Agile transformation.
  • Background in technical - Hardware/ Firmware project management.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others.
