Job description

Heavy Duty Tire, LLC is a family owned and operated Commercial Tire Facility providing sales and service throughout the country with its headquarters located in West Palm Beach, FL.


We are now accepting applications for a full-time Commercial Tire Service Technician to fill a position at our West Palm Beach location. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Previous experience in dispatching, service coordination, customer service, or a fast-paced operational environment is highly valued.


Experience or knowledge of the commercial tire industry is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Overview


An integral part of the team, the Dispatcher/ Service Manager is primarily responsible for facilitating service calls from start to finish and ensuring a positive customer experience by actively communicating with technicians and customers throughout the duration of the job.

 Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer service and delivery related phone calls and e-mails
  • Accurately enter customer orders per company procedures
  • Coordinate and expedite deliveries and service requests
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Deliver job completion details to the customer in a timely manner
  • Verify work order details against service tickets and resolve any discrepancies prior to invoicing
