Remote Dispatch Call Center Agent - Part-time 20 hours

Minimum Requirements:
  • 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service)
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Experience with data entry and word processing is required
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must possess basic computer knowledge
  • Team oriented with a positive, "can do" attitude
  • Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English
Hardware/Software Requirements
  • To be successful in this role, you must have your own computer and home office setup that meets the following minimum specifications:
  • Personal computer (laptop or desktop only; no Chromebooks, MacBooks, iPads, netbooks, or tablets).
  • Processor: Intel® Coreâ„¢ i5 5200 series or greater; all computers must have at least 4 performance cores.
    • Example: A 10-core computer with only 2 performance cores does not meet this requirement.
    • Please check your system settings to confirm.
  • Memory: 8GB RAM minimum; Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher.
  • Display: Screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher; dual monitors required for efficiency.
  • Internet: Reliable high-speed internet with a wired Ethernet connection (hardwired to router).
  • Audio: USB noise-canceling headset.
  • Security: Up-to-date antivirus software with a recent scan completed; firewall must be enabled
  • ** Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone ** (Please use this in your interview)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 Monitors/Screens- required
  • Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)
  • Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily
  • Dispatching the proper technicians or resources to the customer
  • Remaining calm in the face of potentially distressed customers
  • Being on time each day
  • Providing customer service with empathy and care
  • Ensure client needs are met
