Avô Transportation & Language Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduling Agent to coordinate transportation services and language support appointments. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by efficiently managing schedules, communicating with clients and service providers, and resolving scheduling conflicts in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule transportation services and language interpretation/translation appointments
  • Communicate with clients, drivers, interpreters, and internal team members to confirm bookings and updates
  • Monitor daily schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or urgent requests
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of scheduling systems and records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages related to scheduling inquiries
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally
  • Track and report no-shows, cancellations, and service issues
