We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plumbing Scheduler / Dispatch Coordinator to manage incoming work orders, schedule technicians, communicate with customers, and help keep our daily operations running efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
Responsibilities
  •  Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, property managers, and vendors 
  •  Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently 
  •  Coordinate appointments with residents, tenants, and property managers 
  •  Enter and manage work orders within our scheduling software 
  •  Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes as needed 
  •  Provide status updates to customers and clients 
  •  Follow up on open work orders and ensure timely completion 
  •  Communicate with technicians regarding schedule changes and job updates 
  •  Maintain accurate notes and documentation 
  •  Assist with estimates, invoicing, and administrative support as needed 
  •  Ensure all client portals are updated with current job statuses 
Qualifications
Required:
  •  Previous scheduling, dispatching, or customer service experience in a skill trade (NOT MEDICAL) 
  •  Strong phone and communication skills 
  •  Excellent organizational and time management abilities 
  •  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace 
  •  Professional and positive attitude 
  •  Reliable attendance and punctuality 
Preferred:
  •  Plumbing, HVAC, construction, restoration, or home services industry experience 
  •  Experience with Kickserv, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar software 
  •  Property management maintenance coordination experience
