We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plumbing Scheduler / Dispatch Coordinator to manage incoming work orders, schedule technicians, communicate with customers, and help keep our daily operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, property managers, and vendors
- Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently
- Coordinate appointments with residents, tenants, and property managers
- Enter and manage work orders within our scheduling software
- Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes as needed
- Provide status updates to customers and clients
- Follow up on open work orders and ensure timely completion
- Communicate with technicians regarding schedule changes and job updates
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation
- Assist with estimates, invoicing, and administrative support as needed
- Ensure all client portals are updated with current job statuses
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous scheduling, dispatching, or customer service experience in a skill trade (NOT MEDICAL)
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Professional and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
- Plumbing, HVAC, construction, restoration, or home services industry experience
- Experience with Kickserv, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar software
- Property management maintenance coordination experience
