Total Rewards
  • Pay: $25–$50/hr base (experience-based)
  • Bonuses: Uncapped performance incentives; top performers reach $100,000–$200,000+ total comp

  • Truck: Company vehicle with gas card — take-home dispatch, no shop commute
  • On-Call: Fair rotation across the department; typically once every 12–15 weeks

Core Responsibilities
  • Run residential service and repair calls, including complex diagnostics
  • Present clear choices (repair vs. replace), discuss financing and service agreements
