We are seeking Dispatchers for our Regional Mobile Crisis Division

Responsibilities and Duties for Dispatchers:

Answering calls within a timely manner from individuals, community partners and the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline call center.

Dispatching mobile crisis responders to variouslocations.

Distributing information to callers/staff about community resources asneeded.

Collaboration with community partners asneeded.

Documenting information in the Call Center data platform, electronic health record or other requireddata collectionentities

Review documentation to assist with maintaining compliance with adherence to programstandards

Assist with coordination of linkage to communityresources

Consistently demonstrate computer operation and specific software applications.

Qualifications and Skills for Dispatchers:

High school Diploma or Equivalent.

Two years PSAP or Emergency Call Taker experience preferred but not required.

Stable and Reliable internet service REQUIRED.

Suitable work environment at home to ensure HIPAA compliance.

Possession of a valid driver's license at time of employment and availability of personal transportation.
