As a Remote Client Support Associate, you'll combine customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative enrollment support.

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested information

• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs

• Build professional, long-term client relationships

• Provide a friendly, personalized client experience

• Explain coverage options clearly and professionally
