Job Description

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • You take care of the dispatching duties for existing clients.
  • Answer incoming driver and customer calls.
  • Search various truck load boards for load opportunities.
  • Book loads and accurately input load and driver related information into the dispatch system.
  • Ensure that all trucks are covered in a timely manner.
  • Monitors pick-ups and deliveries and notifies customer of any deviation from the schedule.
  • Instruct driver of the location for load delivery and pick-up.
  • Ensures that ETD's and ETA's remain accurate.
  • You can develop relationships and recruit new owner operators or small fleets!
  • We pay commission for every new client you bring in.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years freight dispatching experience. 
  • Working knowledge of State and Federal safety regulations (including hours of service)
