Job Summary

The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring efficient routing to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in maintaining communication between customers, technicians, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service and maintenance
  • Prioritize emergency and urgent service requests
  • Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and job status
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure job completion and efficiency
  • Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or HVAC industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
