Execution of FTF Training 
    Deliver Mercedes-Benz authorized training to dealer customer contact employees of After-Sales
    Deliver training such as customer services, sales process, complaint management etc. 
    Operational lead of F2F(or Virtual) training
    Support and deliver other job profile training upon request    
Execution of Customer Contacts Training Material Translation 
    Translate Customer Contact training materials(incl. digital training materials) 
    Revise the translated digital training materials
    Support Digital Learning Manager to align business objectives with digital learning strategy   


Training Quality and Success Management
    Manage training participants and attendance list
    Manage Retail HR Report with certification/qualification status update (C-rate)
    Participate in required TtT program and cascade information to entire team members
    Attend Train the training and acquire certification of C-Trainer
    Conduct and consolidate the test of trainees
    Manage the training feedback within the learning management system(GTLS)   


Retail Career Management Program
    Discuss with Learning Coordinators or/and Trainees to support on operational support of training programs
    Interactive discussion with training administrator for the management of GTLS(Global Training Learning System)    


Planning & Reporting
    Make official invitation for training and send it out to dealer
