Job Description

Daybreak Dental, a leader in providing quality dental care, is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Insurance Coordinator. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about enhancing patient experiences from the first point of contact. Importantly, this is an on-site role at our well-equipped and friendly office. The position will be 4 days to start with the possibility to go to 5 days. Bilingual is a plus!

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring all front desk operations are conducted efficiently, with specific emphasis on handling dental insurance and billing processes. Daybreak Dental is committed to providing exemplary services and relies on our front desk team to maintain the smooth operation of all insurance-related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, professional patient experience from check-in to check-out
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations to support efficient office flow
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits to ensure accurate billing
  • Assist with treatment plan presentation and collection of patient co-insurance
  • Handle phone calls and patient inquiries with empathy and efficiency
