Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a Office Coordinator to join a corporate firm in Santa Ana. As the Office Coordinator, you will handle front-desk reception duties, assist with office administration, and provide general support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support insurance agents with client documentation and follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
