The Program Manager - Corporate Risk Management will lead initiatives that include risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, business impact analyses, continuity planning, and disaster recovery alignment across the organization. This position works cross-functionally with operational sites, leadership teams, and external partners to strengthen the organization's preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Emergency Management and Business Continuity Program.
  • Establish policies, procedures, guidance, and tools required to sustain enterprise risk management initiatives.
  • Implement structured processes to manage risk related to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, natural disasters, cyber incidents, operational failures, and other unplanned events.
  • Lead enterprise risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and mitigation strategies across operational sites.
  • Support alignment with business continuity and IT disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a standardized enterprise-wide Business Continuity Program.
  • Activate and manage the Emergency Management Team in response to life-threatening or operational incidents.
  • Activate and lead the Crisis Management Team (CMT) during major disruptions impacting operations, reputation, or workforce well-being.
  • Implement and manage the company's emergency notification system.
  • Develop emergency and crisis communication protocols for employees and leadership teams.
  • Establish standardized messaging templates and alert procedures.
  • Coordinate communications with internal communication teams during incidents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate notifications to executive and senior leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Management, specifically focused on: Emergency Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading enterprise-level emergency or crisis response initiatives.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading programs independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Must be able to travel to various locations nationally and globally
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid passport required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ISO-based risk management or business continuity frameworks.
  • Graduate of an Emergency Management Academy or similar program
  • Professional certifications such as:

Certified Risk Manager (CRM)
Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP)
Professional Risk Manager (PRM)
Business Continuity Management Certification
