We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial digital leader to help strengthen integrated client programs, guide implementation teams, support agency growth, and help shape BRG's next phase of evolution.


About the Role

The Director Digital Strategy & Integrated Visibility will lead BRG's integrated visibility and engagement capabilities across paid, owned, earned, organic, search, AI-driven discovery, content strategy, and digital experience.

This role partners closely with account teams, creative, research and insights, operations, and executive leadership to strengthen integrated communications programs and future-facing agency capabilities.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable:

  • providing senior-level client counsel
  • guiding integrated visibility and engagement strategy
  • leading cross-functional collaboration and implementation
  • supporting new business growth and pitches
  • translating emerging trends into practical recommendations
  • helping build scalable agency capabilities over time


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated visibility, engagement, and amplification strategies across search, AI discovery, paid, content, and digital ecosystems
  • Advise clients on audience visibility, discoverability, engagement, and integrated communications strategy
  • Partner with account leadership to strengthen integrated client programs
  • Oversee integrated paid media efforts across search, social, display, streaming/CTV, and emerging platforms
  • Provide strategic oversight for website strategy, UX, content visibility, and digital storytelling
  • Support agency growth, new business strategy, and integrated capability development
  • Collaborate across account services, research and insights, analytics, creative, operations, and business development teams


Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of experience in digital strategy, integrated communications, or agency leadership
  • Strong understanding of modern search ecosystems, AI-driven discovery, and integrated visibility strategy
  • Experience leading integrated paid, owned, earned, and organic digital programs
  • Strong executive presence and client counsel skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping build and evolve agency capabilities
  • Healthcare, wellness, association, or mission-driven sector experience preferred
