Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or another related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar B2B SaaS account management, renewals, expansion, customer growth, or strategic account role.
  • Direct SaaS experience is required. Candidates must have experience managing existing software customers, recurring revenue, renewals, account growth, upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and customer expansion motions.
  • Proven success owning and growing a portfolio of existing SaaS accounts, including renewal management, retention strategy, expansion identification, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience working with mid‑market, enterprise, or strategic customer accounts with multiple stakeholders, departments, decision‑makers, and buying influences.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, ARR/MRR, renewal timelines, contract value, expansion pipeline, churn risk, adoption signals, customer health, and account planning.
  • Ability to identify meaningful upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by understanding customer goals, platform usage, business challenges, team structure, and future growth opportunities.

  • Build and execute strategic account plans focused on customer value, adoption growth, renewal readiness, stakeholder expansion, and long‑term revenue growth.
  • Manage the full renewal process for assigned accounts, including timeline management, stakeholder alignment, risk identification, pricing conversations, contract coordination, and close execution.
  • Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities tied to additional users, teams, business units, product capabilities, data needs, AI‑powered workflows, and broader platform adoption.
  • Lead thoughtful customer conversations that connect seoClarity’s platform capabilities to measurable business outcomes, including search visibility, content performance, AI search readiness, workflow efficiency, reporting, and enterprise SEO scale.
  • Use customer usage data, engagement signals, business goals, and stakeholder feedback to identify renewal risk, expansion potential, and opportunities to increase value realization.
  • Deliver polished platform conversations and product demonstrations that support adoption, renewal confidence, and expansion opportunities.
  • Help customers understand how seoClarity supports visibility across traditional search, AI‑driven answers, enterprise SEO workflows, content strategy, reporting, automation, and large‑scale search intelligence.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to support account research, customer preparation, renewal planning, communication, business analysis, and internal efficiency.
