The Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, mentoring, and management of a team of employees across multiple technical disciplines. The Director provides high-level direction, influences organizational strategy, and fosters collaboration across divisions to achieve sustained growth and technical excellence. This position requires advanced leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Organizational Growth:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to teams across multiple technical disciplines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Workforce Development and Planning:

  • Develop and implement educational and training strategies to adapt to evolving technologies, markets, and external challenges.
  • Actively promote the development of new competencies and provide effective mentoring and coaching to subordinates.

Resource Optimization and Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure the optimal application of technology, engineering policies, and other resources to meet program requirements.
