This role integrates design excellence with advanced estimating and project management frameworks to deliver the intelligence necessary for high-impact asset optimization. By leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology, the Director optimizes the project lifecycle. A core priority of this role is modernization: developing innovative "ways of working" and leading the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance workforce productivity and predictive accuracy. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
