Job description

Boldyn Networks US Operations LLC, Irvine, CA seeks Senior Director, Program Management Office - Provide project management oversight and technical coordination throughout the entire IT network development lifecycle using tools including Autotask, as it relates to deploying Converged Network System (CNS), Wi-Fi systems and other downstream applications including IPTV, Point of Sale, Scoreboards, Control Room, AV Speakers, Control Room in Large Public Venues from initial project scoping through post-release support ensuring the integrity of the system architecture and the end-to-end quality of network deliverables and associated applications. Partner with the business and leadership teams in the development of IT network strategy, road map and the implementation of key technical initiatives, as well as incorporating company-wide objectives into a technical project plan and preparing Risk management strategy and providing CxO Level updates for Technology implementation, budget utilization and providing 3 to 5 years future looking road maps. Act as the subject matter expert on handsets, modems and end devices (User Equipment) that interact and integrate with 4G LTE and 5G NR cellular private networks. Lead continuous systems integration efforts and delivery methods from inception to implementation. Partner with the Product management team on multiple projects to clarify program intent, identifying problems and recommending changes, systems upgrades and/or solutions to senior management including identifying right technology vendors and implementing Technology systems. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure that projects are proceeding according to schedule and meeting functional and software design specifications to include performing project estimations for complex CNS implementations including new build and technology lifecycle upgrades. Diagnose and resolve operational barriers with a customer-centric focus; managing and optimizing internal teams as an operational planning center of excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical project requirements, provide vendor management for all vendors involved in project execution and operations, and oversee the implementation of system architecture, ensuring integration with existing enterprise platforms and alignment with client specifications. Provide project management oversight to low voltage cabling vendor for overall Structured cabling scope of CNS. Serve as the primary interface between cross-functional project teams (including network architects, software developers and product development professionals) and business stakeholders to align technical deliverables with business requirements, writing run book for alert handling based on different priorities, impact and implementing escalation procedures. Coordinate teams for technical solutions delivery and program reporting across a customer project portfolio, including status, performance, budget, risks, and issues. Act as a liaison between the technical specifications required for new systems and/or Private Network Platforms and functionality. Work with and provide knowledge transfer to support various cross-functional applications and technical teams in the implementation of network design by preparing and Implementing Operations & Management scope for maintaining Large Public Venue networks with 24*7 Monitoring. Partner with key functional leaders to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities, and manage improvement roadmap for customer portfolio management to enable fast, efficient delivery of large and small projects. Review and enhance weekly reporting for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring program governance and exceeding quality standards. Lead the development, oversight, and optimization of project financials and resource planning across the full project lifecycle to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, compliance standards, and contractual obligations. Implement data-driven models for investment and operational decisions and work with regional and functional teams to achieve output targets and financial metrics. Oversee all projects to ensure that financial objectives, Key Performance Indicators, and internal key performance metrics are achieved. Oversee regular financial forecasting for project budgets and ensure necessary funding is in place. Optimize resource allocation by analyzing project needs against budget constraints. Analyze vendor contracts and subcontractor agreements, ensuring alignment with budget expectations. Will travel 5% in US travel to project sites to manage same. May Telecommute.

Requires Bachelor's (or foreign educ. equiv.) degree in Computer Information Systems, closely related computer field and five (5) yrs. (post-degree, progressive) experience in Job Offered or related. Experience must have included at least 5 years in each of the following: Performing Project Management using tools including Autotask, as it relates to deploying Converged Network System (CNS) and Wi-Fi systems in Large Public Venues; Identifying right technology vendors and implementing Technology systems including Distributed Antenna System (DAS), IPTV, Voice over IP, Ticket Scanners, Point of Sale systems, Security Camera, Access Control systems, Building Management Systems, Sports Light Systems, Video Production Control room, and LED Scoreboards; Performing Project estimations for complex CNS implementations including new build and technology lifecycle upgrades; Providing Vendor management for all vendors involved in project execution and operations; Performing project oversight for Low Voltage System installer for Structured Cabling scope; Writing run book for alert handling based on different priorities, impact and implementing escalation procedures; Preparing and Implementing Operations & Management scope for maintaining Large Public Venue networks with 24*7 Monitoring; and Performing Risk management strategy and providing CxO Level updates for Technology implementation, budget utilization and providing 3 to 5 years future looking road maps. $237,141/yr.
