About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director, Program Management to partner with one of Monk's flagship clients focused on B2B Retail & Commerce marketing. Responsibilities:
  • Core Program Management: Serve as the organizational hub for the team, coordinating and managing the flow of work across all B2B initiatives with a specific focus on:
    Campaign GTM & Event Management: Operationalize the GTM process for B2B events & marketing campaigns, streamlining internal tracking of assets, creative reviews and ensuring all creative outputs are approved by relevant internal and merchant stakeholders in a timely manner. Maintain a source of truth for rolling campaign decks supporting brand moments throughout the year.
  • Internal Exec Stakeholder Coordination: Plan and execute a regular cadence of internal stakeholder reviews and alignment meetings, centralizing materials for review and capturing clear action items and decisions.
  • Team Organization: Implement and maintain effective project management tools and communication channels to keep all workstreams organized and transparent to leadership and team members.
About YouThe essentials:
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
  • 8 - 10 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in all aspects of product and event marketing, including narrative and messaging development, creative strategy and event planning
  • Creative marketer with a passion for knowing your customer and proven track record designing programs that motivate them to take action
  • Analytical capabilities, able to understand impact of campaigns by analyzing results and developing a plan of action to optimize performance
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated capacity to roll out complex, data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage several priorities and complex global projects simultaneously
  • Skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including both professional and casual style of communication
  • Fun: Laughter is important. You work hard but like to enjoy what you do and have fun in the process
Not a must, but a plus:
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Deep understanding of the online retail and advertising ecosystem.
  • Narrative Excellence: Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, benefit-driven stories for diverse audiences.
  • Agility: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
