Job description

Overview:
Job Title: SharePoint Developer
Location: ATLANTA, GA Hybrid
Duration: 6+Months
Local Candidates only. Periodic visits to the Atlanta office will be required.
Scope of Work:
• Redesign and manage the agency's internal intranet site, project sites and other pages as requested
• Gather and document requirements and maintain the backlog of site enhancements, requests, and
requirements for new sites, pages, automated forms, and workflows.
• Ensure assigned projects are completed in a timely manner and with quality
• Facilitate testing and perform quality assurance during SharePoint application upgrades and new
deployments, as requested.
• Assist with development of SharePoint processes and edit SharePoint content such as sites, banners, etc.
• Create automated forms with built-in approval workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites, workflows, and content
• Through SharePoint, develop, track, and maintain SOPs and other documentation for managing
communications, office content, forms and workflows
• Work closely with the managing editors(s) to ensure intranet content is updated according to standards
• Develop web based solutions to support the agency's operational and customer service needs
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and efficiency

Period of Performance:
The scope of work for the Web Developer is expected to end on June 30, 2023, with the potential for extension. If an extension is necessary, the State will work with the vendor to discuss ongoing needs.
Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in SharePoint Online platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• In depth understanding of the capabilities of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Flow, and Office 365
applications.
• Strong OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Outlook support experience (Desktop client, Web,
Mobile app)
• SharePoint development experience must include designer and custom workflows, BCS, JQuery, CAML,
custom web parts, .NET event receivers, navigation, and branding & customization.
• Experience with Microsoft .NET/C#, JavaScript, JQuery, Microsoft SQL 2016-2019.
• Proficiency in designing, creating, and deploying forms using PowerApps and Power Automate
• Extensive experience building SharePoint Workflows
• Experience developing or maintaining enterprise content management workflows
• Have experience Integrating SharePoint with non-SharePoint LOB applications.
• Design and develop applications for SharePoint that take advantage of standard web technologies, such
as CSOM, JavaScript, OAuth, OData, App Model, and REST is highly desired.
• Some experience using Excel Services, Visio Services & PerformancePoint is required. Excel, Power
View, PowerPivot is a plus.
• BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or substantial years of experience is
required.
• SharePoint Certification(s) is desired.
• PowerShell framework & scripting knowledge is a plus.

Project Complexity
The projects currently in the queue (approximately 10) are of moderate complexity, meaning, the projects require some level of form creation and automation. There are currently no high-complexity projects in the queue. However, the agency is embarking on a major modernization initiative that will introduce more complex requests.

Project Management and Organizational Structure
The PeopleSoft Teamwork's division has a formal project governance structure. The contractor will report directly to an IT Director.
