Job Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visas network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
The US Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting and solution services for Visa issuers across the United States. We apply deep expertise in the payments industry to provide solutions to assist clients with their key business priorities, drive growth and improve profitability. The VCA team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services to deliver solutions that address unique challenges in areas such as improving profitability, strategic growth, customer experience, digital payments and managing risk.
Role Overview
The Senior Director will serve as a senior leader within a team of experienced strategic consulting professionals, responsible for developing and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions for Visa's Community Financial Institution (FI) partners. This role will lead the Revenue Enablement Partners team, which supports VCA sales and delivery organizations by building products, tools, and capabilities that drive efficiency, consistency, and growth.
The primary objective of this role is to leverage AI, automation, and agent-based solutions to create scalable offerings that can be sold directly to clients and embedded within broader set plays or bespoke consulting engagements. The team is also accountable for designing and maintaining the supporting ecosystem required to sell and deliver these offerings, including sales enablement assets, engagement templates, and delivery playbooks.
Strategic Impact
This role requires a forward-thinking thought leader who deeply understands VCA's go-to-market model and can translate that understanding into what we build, how we build it, and how it scales. The Senior Director will identify high-value use cases for automation and agentification that unlock meaningful scale across VCA, balancing innovation with practicality and alignment to the broader business model.
Success in this role requires the ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment, influence without authority, and build strong, durable relationships across Visa.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate combines visionary thinking with hands-on execution and demonstrates fluency in leveraging AI, automation, and agent-based capabilities to shape strategy, reimagine workflows, and enable smarter, faster decisions. This leader partners closely with senior stakeholders to embed technology-informed thinking into durable, business-aligned solutions.
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Provide strategic thought leadership on how VCA can enable scaled, efficient sales and project delivery through the thoughtful application of AI and automation, aligned to VCA's business model.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-level team (Analyst through Director) responsible for delivering critical Revenue Enablement programs.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, helping them achieve their objectives through solutions and capabilities VCA can support.
  • Translate deep understanding of VCA's business model into a clear, evolving roadmap of baseline solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
  • Identify friction points across sales and delivery processes and lead the prioritization and execution of targeted improvements.
  • Partner closely with Visa Data Science, Engineering, and Solutions teams to shape, prioritize, and execute an ongoing pipeline of automation and enablement initiatives.

Go-to-Market & Commercial Acumen
  • Deep understanding of issuer business models, including P&L drivers and profitability levers across credit and debit.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market motions through sales assets, engagement models, and delivery playbooks.
  • Applies issuer functional knowledge (e.g., portfolio management, marketing, product, operations, risk) to solution design.

Stakeholder Influence & Executive Presence
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated success leading through influence in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Builds trusted, enduring partnerships across sales, consulting, data, product, and technology teams.
