About the Role:
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Sr. Coordinator to support a nationally recognized consumer brand with a large multi-site portfolio across the United States. This fully remote role will partner with two Senior Facilities Coordinators to help manage facilities operations for approximately 400 locations nationwide. The ideal candidate is an organized, customer-focused professional who can effectively coordinate vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders while managing a high volume of work orders, invoices, and facility-related communications.
What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate facilities-related work orders and service requests across a large national portfolio.
  • Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Obtain vendor quotes and bids for maintenance, repair, and facility improvement projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
  • Monitor work order progress, maintain accurate records, and track service completion.
  • Communicate facility-related issues clearly and professionally, translating technical information for various audiences.
  • Support operational reporting and documentation using facilities management systems and spreadsheets.
  • Partner closely with team members to provide consistent support across approximately 400 locations nationwide.

What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant administrative, facilities, operations, customer service, or coordination experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and navigate conversations professionally.
  • Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with landlords, vendors, and internal business partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable discussing facilities-related matters, even without a technical or mechanical background.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with facilities management platforms such as FM Pilot and workflow tools such as Smartsheet is preferred.
