KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist Director, Oracle Delivery Lead to join our Managed Services practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end to end delivery management for Oracle Cloud Managed Services, serving as the primary point of accountability for service quality, client satisfaction, issue resolution, and operational governance across engagements
  • Oversee day to day operations of Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS managed services, ensuring stability, performance, incident/problem/change management execution, and alignment with contractual SLAs and KPIs
  • Coordinate cross functional delivery teams including technical leads, service managers, Oracle Cloud specialists, and offshore/onshore resources to ensure consistent, scalable, and high quality service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement activities across Oracle environments by reviewing service performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and advancing automation, monitoring, and operational maturity
  • Partner with Cloud Platform Solution Management and technical delivery teams to implement updates, enhancements, patches, and new capabilities within Oracle Cloud environments, ensuring proper release management and risk controls
  • Serve as the senior delivery advisor for clients by providing guidance on Oracle Cloud operations, environment management, integrations, and platform evolution strategies
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience delivering Oracle Cloud SaaS, PaaS, or Application Maintenance Services, including managed services leadership, service governance, and ongoing operational ownership
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SaaS (such as, ERP, HCM, SCM) and related platform components, with experience managing incident, problem, change, and release processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex managed services delivery teams, including global/virtual resources, and maintain high performing operational environments
  • Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks (ITIL, AMS models), service governance, operational reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide clients on Oracle Cloud operational best practices
  • Ability to travel as required
