Oracle/ETL Database Developer

Location: Woburn, MA

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid

Contract Details
  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Start: May 12, 2026
  • Pay Rate: $67.00 $77.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: Tuesday Thursday in office
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes that align with project-specific and enterprise data integration requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, and document ETL programs and workflows.
  • Perform data mapping from transactional applications (source) to data warehouses (target).
  • Develop and maintain logical and physical data models using enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business analytics.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
  • Utilize Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) for ETL processes and data integration.
  • Perform data integrity checks, validations, and ensure performance of data structures.
  • Document all processes and manage source code control using standard tools.
  • Stay current with technology trends, tools, and best practices in analytics, ETL, and cloud data solutions.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on analytics tools and dashboards.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in ETL development using ODI, data mapping, and data integration.
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Power BI.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) is an added advantage.
  • Solid understanding of database design principles, data modeling, and administration.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with transactional and data warehouse systems.
