Education: Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent experience      
 
Utilize a variety of tools and platforms to evaluate systems and processes, identifying and resolving issues faced by end-users, as well as addressing system-related and accounting discrepancies. Collaborate across all levels of management to ensure the effective delivery of high-performance systems and tools. Offer vital technical support to the Expense Customer Service Team.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
- Resolve daily posting failures within Concur through thorough research and analysis.
- Investigate and address Concur system errors, managing incident queues in ServiceNow.
- Resolve issues related to CITI Payments.
- Coordinate site testers and manage the testing process for technical releases, including hands-on testing.
- Provide advanced technical support to the Operations team, assisting with escalations.
- Address and troubleshoot unexpected issues as they arise.
 
Basic Qualifications:
 
- 3-5 years of experience with SAP financial and HR systems.
- Expertise in commercial card processes.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Concur systems.
- Strong grasp of technical processes across various systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a keen investigative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
