arrivia is seeking a seasoned Director of Strategic Partnerships to drive the expansion of our travel loyalty ecosystem. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a professionally mature executive who thrives in independent environments. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing high-value brand partnerships while maintaining the operational rigor required to track a global pipeline.

This role requires a blend of hunter mentality and strategic discipline. You aren't just finding leads; you are representing the arrivia brand at major industry conferences and building the data-driven infrastructure via HubSpot that allows our business development engine to scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Independent Partnership Growth: Autonomously manage the full lifecycle of new business development, from initial prospecting and high-level networking to pitch and closing.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the face of arrivia at industry events and conferences a few times per month, requiring the maturity to navigate C-suite conversations and build a robust professional network.
  • Operational Excellence: Own the HubSpot CRM environment for your portfolio, ensuring precise pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
  • Strategic Support: Conduct deep-dive research on prospective partners to create tailored, value-driven proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ years of proven success in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales operations.
