Position Overview

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Recruiting to build a high-performing recruiting function capable of supporting rapid organizational growth.

This role goes far beyond filling open positions. The ideal candidate will create scalable recruiting systems, improve hiring processes, develop sourcing strategies, implement recruiter KPIs, and ensure the organization consistently attracts top talent before hiring needs become urgent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the organization's recruiting function
