Lumio Dental is a doctor-led, doctor-owned dental organization focused on empowering dentists and their teams to provide exceptional patient care. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Recruiting to help scale our recruiting efforts, strengthen our processes, and lead a high-performing recruiting team.
Position Summary
The Director of Recruiting will report to the Sr. Director of Recruiting and will play a critical role in driving Lumio Dental's talent acquisition strategy. This leader will oversee recruiting operations and continuously improve recruiting processes to support business growth.
This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to execute. The successful candidate will have sales mindset, and passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and business objectives
  • Develop and execute recruiting initiatives that improve candidate attraction, engagement, and hiring outcomes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in recruiting strategy, processes, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency and scalability
  • Evaluate, redesign, and implement updated recruiting processes, workflows, and systems
  • Create scalable recruiting strategies to support organizational growth
  • Develop metrics, reporting, and dashboards to measure recruiting effectiveness and identify trends
  • Negotiate doctor contracts for general practice and specialty

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of recruiting & sales experience in dental, with demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience managing and developing
  • Strong background in sales, relationship management, or consultative recruiting
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts
  • Experience building and improving recruiting processes in a growing organization
  • Candidates without dental experience will not be considered
