Position Summary

We're looking for a motivated entry-levelLearning & Development (L&D) Specialist who's eager to create impactful training experiences!

In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging product training and documentation for both clients and internal teams, turning complex information into clear, user-friendly content. You'll also support employee development initiatives and help manage our Learning Management System (LMS), contributing to a strong culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop andmaintainproduct documentation, including user guides, training manuals, release notes, and online help content.
  • Design and deliver product training programs for clients and internal teams.
  • Administer andmaintainthe LMS (Moodle), including course setup, user management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Upload, organize, and update training content within the LMS.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather andvalidatetechnical information.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
  • Create and update learning materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  • Support onboarding and continuous development of employees through structured training programs.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all documentation and training deliverables.
  • Participate in product releases by updating documentation and training materials accordingly.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve learning content and documentation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Technical Writing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical writing and/or instructional design. (academic, internship, or professional)
  • Experience delivering training (preferably in an enterprise or SaaS environment).
  • Experience administering an LMS, preferably Moodle. (preferred)
  • Strong ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
  • Familiarity with documentation toolsand learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools).
    • Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience working within Professional Services or customer-facing teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English required due to regular delivery of training and communication with clients and stakeholders in the United States and international markets.

    Responsabilites

    • Developper et maintenir la documentation produit (guides d'utilisation, manuels de formation, notes de version, aide en ligne)
    • Concevoir et offrir des formations sur les produits pour la clientele et les equipes internes
    • Administrer et maintenir le LMS (Moodle), incluant la creation de cours, la gestion des utilisateurtrices, le suivi et les rapports
    • Telecharger, organiser et mettre a jour le contenu de formation dans le LMS
    • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de produit, les developpeureuses et les expertes de contenu afin de recueillir et valider l'information technique
    • Simplifier des concepts techniques complexes pour les rendre clairs, concis et accessibles
    • Creer et mettre a jour du materiel pedagogique (presentations, modules e-learning, outils de travail)
    • Soutenir l'integration et le developpement continu des employees a l'aide de programmes structures
    • Assurer la coherence et la qualite de toute la documentation et des livrables de formation
    • Participer aux lancements de produits en mettant a jour la documentation et les formations
    • Recueillir les retroactions des utilisateurtrices et des parties prenantes afin d'ameliorer continuellement les contenus


    Qualifications

    • Baccalaureat en education, redaction technique, administration, systemes d'information ou domaine connexe
    • Experience en redaction technique et/ou en conception pedagogique (academique, stage ou professionnelle)
    • Experience en animation de formations (idealement en contexte d'entreprise ou SaaS)
    • Experience avec un LMS, idealement Moodle (un atout)
    • Excellente capacite a vulgariser des informations complexes pour differents publics
    • Connaissance des outils de documentation et des plateformes d'apprentissage (LMS, e-learning)
    • Bon sens de l'organisation, gestion des priorites et souci du detail
    • Experience en services professionnels ou en role oriente client
    • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et ecrite, avec une bonne maitrise de l'anglais requise en raison de la prestation reguliere de formations et des echanges avec des clients et parties prenantes aux Etats-Unis et sur des marches internationaux.
