Director of IT
Located in Pepper Pike, OH

Salary : $100K to $120K Per Year; Based On Experience

Responsibilities of the Director of IT:

  • Analyze business technology needs, recommend upgrades, and implement IT strategies to support growth.
  • Oversee, maintain, and secure servers, networks, and software systems
  • Ensure compliance with data protection requirements and manage disaster recovery protocols.
  • Work on IT projects
  •  Monitor network performance and security to prevent and address disruptions.

Qualifications of the Director of IT:

  • Must have experience working in a position with multiple sites
  • Needs to be personable
  • Long term care experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in IT management, networking, and server administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience with technology upgrades and project management.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications, network systems, and IT infrastructure.
