Senior Director of Collections

We are seeking a Senior Director of Collections who will be responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of their $500M portfolio. This role is a critical leadership position, and we are seeking a visionary who will be responsible for implementing AI Agents, lead cutting edge initiatives to improve efficiency, scaling what works, measure results, cut costs and delight the customer all while ensuring strong governance and compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.


Requirements:

8+years of proven success leading Collection environments setting the strategy and owning the outcomes

5+ years of full accountability for end to end Collections lifecycle from Originations to Recovery

Strong Executive level communication skills are required (clear narratives) as is comfort working with data technology, and automation to support performance improvement

Strong Preference for credit cards, consumer lending, or regulated consumer financial services or similarly regulated industries
