Position Overview
Elevation Connect, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Customer Experience (CX) solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio.
This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and expanding existing accounts within targeted industries. The Director of Business Development will play a critical role in executing the company's growth strategy by developing a strong sales pipeline, closing new business, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in the Contact Center or BPO industry, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that support company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, procurement leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Expand market presence by leveraging industry relationships, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

Strategic Account Development
  • Focus on acquiring and growing enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships.
  • Develop customized solutions that align client needs with Elevation Connect's service offerings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create account growth strategies and maximize client value.

Sales Leadership & Collaboration
  • Support the development of sales processes, best practices, and business development initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Client Success teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery capabilities.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Performance & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast business opportunities.
  • Track sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance against established goals.
  • Monitor key business development metrics and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Ensure profitable growth by supporting pricing strategies and contract negotiations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience within the Contact Center, BPO, CX, or outsourcing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing models, customer experience solutions, CRM platforms, workforce management systems, and omnichannel technologies.
  • Experience selling onshore, offshore, and nearshore service solutions is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven and data-oriented approach.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
