  • Establish and mature Agile delivery practices including backlog prioritization, sprint readiness, and delivery transparency — leading IT Product Owners through consistent Agile ceremonies and frameworks
  • Lead, coach, and develop IT Product Owners, Business Analysts, managers, and application teams supporting key business functions — driving accountability for backlog health, sprint execution, and value delivery

  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, optimization, and consolidation of enterprise applications, including ERP platforms and related business systems
  • Define and track KPIs — including intake cycle time, backlog health, delivery predictability, adoption, and business value realization — using dashboards and analytics to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage relationships with key technology vendors, consulting partners, and system integrators to ensure quality delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with business systems strategy
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape the long-term direction of the Business Applications organization
